Hunter Hopewell
Hunter Hopewell: Filmmaker. Comedian. Musician.
FILMMAKER
Supported by a talented crew, Hunter has won over 40 awards for the 20+ films he has written, directed, edited, and scored, including a first place award at the United Nations for his anti-bully film, Numbskull. This year, Hunter has written, produced, and directed his first feature film Shellfish, now in post, set to premiere Summer 2019. Hunter plans to give back through RCF Clubs and events with a portion of all profits benefiting arts education programs.
COMEDIAN
People have been calling him funny-looking all his life, and from an early age, Hunter embraced this, developing impersonations, music skills, online skits, and a stand-up routine with lifelong dreams to pratfall into Saturday Night Live.
Musician
After his first single, Pretty Good Problems, Hunter released his debut album, Nobody Like(s) Him, available on iTunes and Amazon. His next album, Marooned on Earth, is currently in production.
To help tell a story, Hunter creates original music scores for his short films. Some of these scores can be listened to in the shorts below.

Now, Hunter is a Video Specialist at The Walt Disney Company and just wrapped writing and directing his debut feature film, Shellfish. He wants to write, direct, and act in features, especially for Disney, and dreams of one day yelling into an NBC camera, "Live from New York, it's Saturday night!"
